Our Terms and Conditions of Delivery


We accept paypal, money orders or personal cheque, cash paid directly into our account, bank transfers or credit/debit cards, we do prefer paypal or credit/debit cards if possible. Any payments other than paypal or credit/debit cards must be sent with a reference to the item/order number, Postal orders must be sent recorded delivery as we cannot take responsibility for lost money.


For returns unless an item is damaged or the wrong one sent by error then for returns the customer will have to pay the shipping costs (both ways). If you have any queries then please ask we are here to help and offer advice, if it's our fault i.e wrong item sent/damaged etc, then we will gladly refund all costs including postage. Items must be inspected upon receipt, and we must be notified immediatly of any problems you can call 01295 711031 or email


All of the items we list are carried in stock, occassionly due to us having a retail shop it is possible that at the time of purchase we may run out, we have next day delivery account with our suppliers, so worst case scenario, items may take upto 48 hrs to dispatch, but please note this will happen very rarely as all items are carried in stock, and will usually be sent within 24 hours of purchase, items will be sent in plain packaging.


The postage services we use are Royal Mail and UK Mail

Dispatch time

If items are in stock, they will be dispatched within 24 working hours.
